FAQS

Do I have to join the group to buy?
Yes.  All our offers are arranged for our members to enjoy great savings.  

Who can join?
Everyone is welcome and you don’t have to have children or live in Kent!

How can I join?
It's free and easy.  Just click to join our group.

Do I need a Member Code to access offers?

Yes.  When you click join our group you will receive an email to confirm your membership.  Once confirmed you will instantly receive the member code on-screen and via email.  Our offers are now password protected and can only be purchased by our members.  At the top of our booking system page enter your code into the blue box to see all of our offers.   If you use the same device to order our offers, you will only need to enter the code once.  If you change devices, please re-enter the code.

What if I forget the code?
Don't panic.  Just click our 'Forgot your member code' on our home page.

How does it work?
As we're a large group, we arrange ticketed days out for our members.  We visit on the same dates so we all benefit from fantastic discounts.  You order on our website and we post the tickets to you.  We may also operate a members guest list admission or you collect your tickets from the venue box office on the day - this will be detailed on each offer accordingly.

Why do you get discounted tickets?
As we’re a large group, we have buying power to negotiate discounts.  All our offers are negotiated on minimum numbers purchasing.

What if you don't meet the minimum numbers?
Sometimes (rare), we don't meet the minimum numbers and you will receive email notification and a full refund.  We do everything we can to try and stop this from happening!  You can help too by sharing our services with all your friends and family.  The more people know about our service, the more we can deliver!

Do we have to visit as a group?
No.  Most of our offers are for you to enjoy with your own friends and family.  If we’re arranging transport or you have to meet an event organiser to collect your tickets on the day, you will be notified and full details will be on the offer.  If you do want to visit as a group, we have lots of members who visit theatres on their own or families who would like to meet up with other group members.
 
When can I buy an offer?
Each offer has an end date.  This is detailed on the offer information.  After this date, we will confirm via email if the offer is going ahead and when to expect your tickets.

What if an offer has ended but is still available on the website?
Then you can still buy.  Our offers are so popular we could well have increased our allocation.

What if an offer is SOLD OUT?
SOLD OUT means that allocation of tickets has sold out.  Just email us and we may be able to add more seats or offer you an alternative date.

When do I receive my tickets?
Each offer has an expiry date.  You will receive your tickets in the post after this date.  If the offer has ended and you still haven’t received your tickets, it generally means it’s been very popular with our members and we’ve added more seats.  Just email us to ask. Don’t panic.

Are all tickets posted?
The majority of our tickets are posted directly to you. Some venues don’t issue tickets and we operate a guest list system.  You can take your emailed booking confirmation with you as proof of purchase.  Tell admissions you are from our group and give the surname you have booked under.  Some theatres will issue your tickets from their box office on arrival but you will notified if this is the case in plenty of time.

What about booking fees?
We are a VAT registered business and have various costs to be able to deliver these amazing discounts and run the website.  Our costs include website, booking system, online bank transactions, VAT, venue booking fees, secure delivery of tickets to us and time management.  Even though we incur these costs, we always ensure you still receive a great discount from paying full price.

Why is the price on my ticket not the price I paid?
As explained above, we are a VAT registered business and have to cover our costs per ticket sold.  The price you see on the ticket is the negotiated price across the whole order and this can include various performance dates.  This is not the face value of the ticket or a representation of the quality of the seats.  

As it's cheaper, does it mean I'll get a restricted view?
Not in our case.  It’s our policy to only book 'B and A' seats.  These are generally Stalls and Circle only.  Where shows are very popular, we may book Grand/ Upper Circle but this will be clear on the offer information.

Can we choose our own seats?
Yes.  You can choose your own seats from our allocation for pretty much all of our shows.  It’s mostly only Lion King that you can’t (we confirm in the offer details which rows we have though so you get a good idea where you will be).  The greyed out seats are not available so you need to look for the coloured seats.

What is your seat pricing?
The West-End show seats are all the same price.  The local theatres offer different rates for Adult and Child seats but this is detailed on the offer.

Can I get free entry for carers?
Local theatres and a lot of the venues we work with offer FREE carer seats/ entry with proof.  You book your free carer ticket on our website and take your proof of disability, DLA or PIP documentation with you on the day.  Some venues issue your tickets to be posted to you and others, you collect on the day after showing your proof.  We will confirm full instructions on each offer.

West-End shows do not offer FREE carer seats with our discounted tickets.  Please contact the West-End theatres and book direct.

Can you arrange special seating requirements?
If you are visiting with a disabled patron and require specific seating requirements, please email us, we may be able to help.  This all depends on availability.

I can’t go anymore, can I have a refund?
All our tickets are non refundable and non transferable to a different date.
You can sell your tickets to friends and family for the same value you paid.  Any profiting is strictly prohibited.  If the price on the ticket is less than you paid, show the buyer your emailed booking confirmation as proof of purchase price.

You can also post your tickets on our Facebook Group and many members have successfully sold their tickets quickly as our offers are very popular.

What about if my tickets get lost in the post?
Sometimes our tickets do get lost in the post but don’t worry, just email us and we will help.

What about if I lose my ticket(s)?

All our tickets are bar coded and the original tickets will be cancelled and you will collect new tickets on the day.​

Do you ever offer Discount Codes?
Yes. Sometimes we work with venues who instead of offering a group rate will give us an exclusive group discount code.  These will be posted onto our website and social media channels so don't forget to follow/like us @LetsAllGoUK!
