All tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Each Disney trip has a booking expiry date to buy (or until our ticket allocation has sold out) and can be found on each trip details.
In order to qualify for the discount, we need to sell the minimum places as agreed with Greatdays Holidays. If we do not meet the minimum by the booking expiry date, we will inform you immediately and refund you in full.

By purchasing tickets through us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below:
1. Our offers are for our members only.
2. Tickets are valid ONLY on the day/time for which you have booked and cannot be exchanged.
3. All tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
4. All costs are inclusive of all items listed on each offer ONLY. Please ensure you are aware of what is included before booking.
5. Each offer has an expiry date to buy (or until our ticket allocation has sold out) and can be found in the offer details.
i) Your tickets will not be posted to you until closer to the travel date and we will email you to confirm when your tickets have been posted.
6. All our offers are negotiated on minimum numbers sold. If we do not reach the minimum, we will inform you immediately after the offer expiry date.
7. You will receive an emailed booking confirmation from Greatdays Holidays straight after booking. If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour of ordering, please call them direct on T: 0161 928 4422.
8. If you do not receive your tickets 2 weeks before your travel day, please contact Greatdays Holidays on T: 0161 928 4422. Should you fail to contact them in good time prior to the event about non-receipt of tickets, they shall be unable to assist you.
9. You have 24 hours to check your tickets as errors cannot be rectified after this time. If, upon receipt of tickets, you notice any discrepancies, please contact Greatdays Holidays immediately T: 0161 928 4422.
10. The value shown on the ticket is the calculated discount across the full order and does not represent the face value of the ticket. We incur further business costs to include website and bank fees, venue booking fees, secure delivery of tickets, VAT and time management, these costs are included in the price you pay. We always ensure you are receiving a substantial discount where possible.
11. Both Let's All Go Limited and the Greatdays Holidays reserves the right to change any seats/rooms where necessary to others of equal value and we shall endeavour to notify you of this promptly, though cannot guarantee this if changes are made by the hotel on arrival.
12. If, for any reason the trip does not go ahead, you will be refunded when Greatdays Holidays receives the refund from Disney Paris.
6. Travel to the Eurostar is your responsibility. Please ensure you leave plenty of time to arrive at least 1 hour before your train departure time. We are not responsible for your travel if you miss the Eurostar.
13. Let's All Go Limited reserve the right to cancel or change this offer at any time.
